.Kudos to the Clarence Town Board, with the exception of Councilman Kolber, for having the foresight to approve a senior housing complex in Clarence. As a senior citizen, I think the town is in need of senior housing, and the site on Transit Road is perfect. It is within walking distance of grocery stores, drug stores, as well as restaurants, just what us seniors need.
