.The school district should be using some of the $7 million surplus it has to actually lower taxes for the next three years. Instead, it plays the smoke-and-mirrors game with taxpayers.
.Finally the town has realized, after many years of requests by citizens, the need for bathrooms and possibly a pavilion at the Parker Commons Park in Clarence Hollow. Seeing that it’s May, I’m hoping something can be done by this summer; it’s been many years coming and way beyond time that the project be completed. I do commend the town for their efforts to move forward on this project.
.My son attends Clarence schools and always comes home complaining about school computers being down. We ’re sinking all this tax money into the schools.
