“Bond Resolution of the Town of Clarence, New York, adopted April 28, 2010, authorizing the acquisition of land for Town recreational purposes, stating the estimated maximum cost thereof is $241,000, appropriating said amount for such purpose, and an abstract of such bond resolution, concisely stating the purpose and effect thereof, being as follows:
