Notice of formation of the above Limited Liability Company (“LLC”)

Articles of Organization were filed with the Secretary of State of NY (“SSNY”) on 07/28/2010.

Office location is in the County of Erie.

SSNY has been designated as the agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served.

SSNY shall mail a copy of any process served on the LLC to: L Visone Development, LLC, 4470 Darcy Lane, Williamsville, NY 14221.

Purpose: to engage in any lawful acts permitted for LLCs under the NY Limited Liability Company Law.
