MACKER PROS — Former Clarence basketball standouts Nick Miano, left, Adam LaFluer, Jon Burgio and Matt Taholski recently claimed their fifth championship in six attempts by winning the collegiate division of the 2010 Gus Macker 3-on-3 Tournament in Olean. The foursome, which placed second in this summer’s tournament in Buffalo and was also selected the Sportsmanship Award winner in their most recent outing, has competed in six tournaments throughout New York over the past two years.
