The Clarence High School Soccer Boosters will host the 28th annual Clarence High School Invitational Soccer Tournament Sept. 3 and 4 at the Clarence Soccer Center.
This year’s participating teams will include, besides both Clarence’s boys and girls’ squads, Akron, Kenmore East, Aquinas, Nichols and Nardin. The tournament is being held at the Soccer Center due to work at the high school as part of a district renovation project.
On Friday, Sept. 3, the Lady Red Devils will host Nardin at 3 p.m. and the boys team will play Nichols at 4:30 p.m. The consolation (1 p.m.) and championship games (3 p.m.) will be held at the soccer center on Saturday, Sept. 4.

The time for the first day of tryouts/ practice for the boys Modified “B” soccer team has been changed to 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1 at the Middle School.
