Clarence Chamber of Commerce will be raffling off a bicycle and bicycle helmet, donated by the Clarence Walmart location, at the Chamber’s information table in the Town Park Club House during the Winterfest 2012 festivities on Sunday, Jan. 29, at the Clarence Town Park, 10405 Main St. Contestants do not have to be present to win.
