Michael DeBellis Jr. has been named to the board of directors of Heritage Christian Services. He serves as the senior partner and co-owner of the local recruiting firm DeBellis, Catherine & Morreale Corporate Staffing. He has been in the personnel recruiting field since 1978. DeBellis sits on the boards of several local organizations and was also involved in the organization of the first Challenger Baseball League in the Buffalo area — a league created for players who have a physical or mental condition that limits their participation in other competitive sports programs. He is the father of a child who lives in a home operated by Heritage Christian Services in Williamsville. He and his wife, Kathy, live in Clarence and have two other children. They attend Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church.
