BORN TO BE A BEARCAT — Clarence senior Katrina Patterson, front row middle, recently signed her national letter of intent to continue her cross-country and track careers at the University of Cincinnati. Patterson, The Bee’s Female Athlete of the Year for the 2015-16 school year, has represented the Lady Red Devils at the state level in cross-country, indoor track and outdoor track multiple times over the course of her career. Witnessing the signing were, from left: front row - dad Kevin Patterson, mom Heather McIntyre; back row - stepmom Jessica Patterson, grandfather Robert Patterson, grandmother Susan Patterson, coach Geoff Koch, coach John Hunt, assistant principal Robert Coniglio, coach Justin Weldon, sister Halee Patterson and athletic director Greg Kaszubski.
