Deceased mother’s property causes fight

Saturday, July 29

Deputies were called to a complaint of loud music at an address on Heise Road. Patrol requested that the music be turned down to a reasonable level as it was nearly midnight.

An employee of an estate sale company reported that someone had taken his signs. The complainant was advised that he is not allowed to post signs because it is a violation of town code. He was referred to the town’s public safety officer. Public safety takes down unauthorized signs when they see them.

Sunday, July 30

A resident of Conner Road reported that someone had broken all of the windows in a vacant house in the area.

Friday, Aug. 4

The fire department responded to Main Street for a piece of paving equipment that had caught on fire.

Deputies were called to an address on Main Street for a disturbance. An incident report was completed, and a woman left with her son.
