Essex Homes offer 2018 promotion for new homebuyers

Essex Homes of Western New York recently announced its introductory promotion for 2018 entitled, “Time is of the Essex.” For a limited time, qualified customers will have the opportunity to build an Essex home while enjoying savings of up to $18,000 on custom options for select homes plans available in communities across Western New York.

“We are beginning the new year with ‘Time is of the Essex,’ passing on incredible savings to prospective homebuyers through a variety of promotions,” said Philip J. Nanula, president of Essex

As part of this promotion, buyers of an Essex “premier” series home will save up to $15,000 in free options for their custom home and buyers of a “hallmark” series home will save up to

$12,000. Special “bonus” savings of $3,000 will be added for those purchasing a home in Knoche

Farms (Orchard Park), resulting in total potential savings of up to $18,000. Promotional monies may be allocated at the buyer’s discretion toward a broad range of custom options including house plan expansions, glamour baths, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom sunrooms and a host of other available options.
