an Order of the Hon. Buscaglia, Justice of the Supreme Court of the State

to foreclose a mortgage held by Plaintiff recorded in Erie County. The
premises is described as follows: All
that tract or parcel of land, situate in
the Town of Clarence, County of Erie
and State of New York, being part of
Lot 2, Section 5, Township 12, Range
6 of the Holland Land Company’s
Survey, bounded and described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the
center line of Shisler Road at the
southeast corner of lands conveyed to
Edward E. Muchow by deed recorded
in Liber 1145 of Deeds at Page 479;
thence southerly along the center line
of Shisler Road 254.75 feet to a point;
thence westerly parallel with the south
line of lands conveyed to Edward E.
Muchow as aforesaid 646.80 feet
more or less to the west line of lands
conveyed by Gotlieb Muchow by
deed recorded in liber 892 of deeds at
page 534; thence northerly along the
westerly line of lands so conveyed to
Gotlieb Muchow as aforesaid 254.75
feet to the southwest corner of lands
conveyed to Edward E. Muchow by
deed first mentioned; thence easterly
along the south line of lands so conveyed to Edward E. Muchow 646.80
feet more of less to the point of
beginning.
