Emma Neibacher and Amber Neibacher have been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2014 semester at their respective colleges. Emma Neibacher is majoring in speech therapy at Plattsburgh State College, and Amber Neibacher is in the radiology program at North Country Community College. They are the granddaughters of Patricia McCrea of Clarence and William Pagels of Corfu.
