NCCC Alumni 1960s’ Reunion set for Dec. 15

The Niagara County Community College Alumni Association will host the NCCC Alumni 1960s’ All-Decade Reunion for the classes of 1965-1969. There will be a holiday buffet at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15, at Savor Restaurant, at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, 28 Old Falls St., Niagara Falls, New York. The price to attend is $50 per person. Free NY notary pre-licensing class scheduled

“Become a New York Notary Public” will be held at the Aloft Hotel - Buffalo Airport, 4219 Genesee St., Cheektowaga, from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 14. This special pre-licensing class will help prepare individuals to take and pass official New York State Notary Public proctored examinations. Attendees pay $40 at the door to reimburse the cost of required class textbook examination study books. Nominees sought for trip to Singapore

Industry leaders can nominate “behind-the-scenes” industry professionals who embody the “Passion Made Possible” spirit in categories such as convention service managers, show decorators, transportation managers and audio/visual specialists. Those selected will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Singapore, to tour the city-state and meet with Singaporean counterparts.
